WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER WRONG INFORMATION?
If you have provided incorrect information such as delivery address, email address or telephone number etc. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so they can change your information prior to shipping your order. Unfortunately if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is dispatched before you contact our Customer Service, as a customer you're responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT?
Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Then, after the order has been cancelled, you can go back in and place a new order with the correct items. This way, you can avoid being billed for two orders.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please contact us immediately by emailing support@hadiyalondon.co.uk. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly. If you placed your order during the weekend or after business hours, please send us an email asap.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Yes, we accept PayPal.
CAN I PAY BY INVOICE?
No, it is not possible to pay by invoice.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, there is a 14 day return policy for products purchased at hadiyalondon.co.uk. This means that you have the right to return your purchase by emailing Hadiya London within 14 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point. Note: The Customer shall pay for the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping.
IS THERE A FEE FOR RETURNS?
The customer is responsible for all return costs. Note that the parcel must be sent as a traceable package. Please keep your receipt and your tracking reference until you receive confirmation that we have received your return. Please contact our customer service for further return instructions.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 14 working days of receiving your order for assistance.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item you don’t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order with us. Note: The Customer shall pay for the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We'll make every effort to issue your refund as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days. Please note that we must have received your order return before we can issue a refund.

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
We ship our products from a network of distribution warehouses strategically located across the world. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you haven't received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information, contact our Customer Service no longer than 20 working days after the order was placed and we will help you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a £15 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Once you've added your products to your cart, and proceeded to checkout, you'll be able to see which service your order will ship with.
